Providing supportive and practical counselling for individuals and parents navigating life’s challenges.
We offer counselling in a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore challenges, build insight, and develop practical strategies for change. Our approach integrates evidence-based therapeutic models including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centred counselling. Sessions are tailored to each individual, focusing on building emotional awareness, strengthening coping skills, and supporting meaningful change.
We work with individuals experiencing a range of concerns, including:
- Anxiety and stress
- Depression and low mood
- Workplace stress and burnout
- Life transitions and general life stressors
- Emotional regulation and managing overwhelming feelings
- Parenting challenges, including supporting relationships with teenagers
Our approach combines professional experience with a warm, practical style, helping clients feel understood while developing realistic strategies that support long-term wellbeing. Counselling sessions are $120 per hour.
Counselling sessions are primarily offered online, providing flexible and accessible support. Face-to-face sessions can also be arranged.
